Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing plans and specifications and performing quantity take-offs for select trades.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure they meet contract documents.
- Maintain current information on trends in and changes to existing construction codes and the impact upon costs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Estimator.
- Excellent understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
- Familiarity with financial and project management principles.
